About The Lot is free, no account, no upsell. If a report saved you trouble or surprised you usefully, a few bucks helps keep it that way.
Tipping is anonymous to us.
Payments are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see your card, billing address, or full name. We don't link your tip to any address you searched. There's no account to create and nothing stored about you on our side.

- API costs (geocoding, mapping, public-data fetches)

Tips are not tax-deductible. About The Lot is not a non-profit. If you want a receipt, Stripe will email you one automatically — that receipt comes from Stripe, not from us, and it doesn't reach our side.
